Description of service
Invitlo provides tools to design, publish, and share digital event invitations, collect RSVPs, and manage guest information. Features and availability may change over time. We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Payments
Certain features require payment before publishing an invitation. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not use Invitlo for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to harass others, to distribute malware, or to upload content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service or other users.
Intellectual property
Invitlo and its templates, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invitlo and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
